The decoration is a campaign poster Governor Marley. Poster says:

Along with advertisement there is a picture of Governor Marley.
The poster is entirely handmade from being printed, aged and decorated. Is A4 size.
Will be packaged securely in plastic wallet and A4 Envelope.
Handmade in a clean and smoke-free environment.
