This is a 30% silk 70% merino blend in shades of brown inspired by the trees you often see in horror films, no leaves, and sometimes entwined with cobwebs

It’s soft and wonderfully squishy with a range of beautiful contrasting browns running through it, as well as streaks of white silk. You can look at it again and again and still find new colour combinations in the plying

The yarn is around a DK - Aran weight so would fit in with a large range of patterns. Combine it with plain yarns as a unique handspun luxury feature in a bigger pattern, or use the whole thing and make a snuggly cowl for the autumn

As always with a handspun yarn, although this is a fairly consistent spin, there are variations in thickness throughout the yarn. This is all part of the character of handspun yarns, and will add uniqueness to your knits and crochets

Hand wash only in lukewarm water, separate from lighter colours. Re-shape and dry flat.
