Orders are sent using 1st Class Post, or Tracked 48 for larger orders in the UK. There is an option to upgrade to tracked/ special delivery, which is the last listing in my shop.
I made owls similar to these as presents for family and friends last year with many compliments, and wanted to share with others.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
A set of 3 felt owl Christmas decorations that would make a lovely addition to a Christmas tree, a special gift, or a secret Santa present.
A selection of three owls, all with different designs will be selected for you.
The owls have been hand cut, sewn and embroidered.
The owls measure approximatley 5.5cm wide, 7cm high and the ribbon is approximately 7cm in length.
The ornaments do have small parts, and are for decorative purposes only, are not toys and are therefore not suitable for young children.
The ornaments are stuffed with filling compliant to British Standards BS5852, BS5665 and EN71.
