This cute little pair of earrings have been made from copper wire & 4mm faceted glass beads. I've formed circles from copper wire & added a point at the top before hammering them flat. I've then woven the beads into the frames - they are an unusual purple / grape colour with a half metallic blue finish & I've added them randomly, so some beads show the purple side, & some the metallic side, & some a bit of both depending on how the light catches them!
The finished earrings have been oxidised to antique the copper, & then polished. They come with handmade niobium hooks - niobium is an unalloyed metal which is great for those with a metal sensitivity.
The earrings measure approx 2cm long (3cm including hook) & 1.5cm at the widest point. They will be posted out first class, in a 100% recycled (& reusable!) gift box, within a recycled polythene bag.
