Due to family commitments, Plum Porridge will be closed for the whole of December this year, which means that the last day I am able to accept orders in 2024 will be FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER.
I have LOTS of good strong fabric in my fabric cupboard and in an effort to get the doors to shut properly (and therefore room to buy more fabric), I'm making up a few basic tote bags to sell at £5. All well made and fully lined, these are great value for money.

Full description
A basic tote bag made using a purple and green medium weight cotton fabric from Ikea. It is faced at the top with the same fabric and then lined with beige cotton lining fabric. I have inserted a D ring into one of the seams inside, handy if you want to clip your keys or purse safe inside.
Measures approximately 31cm across the top, and is 34cm high. The loop of each of the handles measures about 59cm, so can be used over the shoulder if needed. I interlined the handles with lightweight wadding for a bit of extra comfort and they are topstitched in grey.
Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper whilst the outer packaging might be recycled.
