This 'Royal Blue & Black Selena' fascinator mini hat is ready made and can be shipped straight away.
This is an unusual, exquisite, elegant and chic little cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in royal blue & black.
Its lightweight and east to wear and looks stunning against any hair colour..
Created with a round sinamay base which is covered with royal blue satin fabric then covered again with a beautiful soft shimmering cobweb tulle fabric with a black circle of felt underneath with a metal croc clip for fixing.
Complemented with a beautiful sparkly handmade spider, made from various glass crystal beads and bugle beads.
Its really versatile and can be worn anywhere on the head.
