I love capturing the movement and light in the world around us. The joy of being outside, of enjoying the countryside. It is fun converting what I see into something that can be worn with a smile.
I package them in black card boxes with my logo on the front. The boxes can be upgraded on request to a mock leather gift box at a small extra cost. They will be sent first class signed for unless requested otherwise.
To celebrate my return to Folksy after a break I am currently offering free postage to the UK

Full description

This copper leaf necklace is made by heating then rolling copper with a skeleton leaf to get the imprint of the veins. The copper is then oxidised followed by painstaking sanding of the excess oxidation, using increasingly fine paper, until only the imprint of veins is left.

I have chosen waxed cotton instead of a chain, as this feels more in keeping with the organic feel of the leaf. I have also added beads of jasper to add colour and even more interest.

It is finished with a silver bolt catch and handmade jump ring.
