I love the warmth found in copper and brass and working with these metals to create little boxes and pictorial pieces such as this little keepsake featuring a running hare.

Full description
I have made this little keepsake in copper and brass with a nickel silver moon, piercing out shapes with my jewellers saw and carefully soldering everything together, finishing with 4 garnet cabachons. I have used hand engraving and metal stamping to add detail to create a little picture measuring 30mm across which being so small can easily have a home. This piece has an oxidised finish.
