A few of my customers had asked me if I would design a Robin Pin, not as a Christmas Pin, but as a pin in remembrance of a departed loved one. I did several drawings, but wasn't happy with the shape and look of any of my draft drawings, so I revisited the drawing of my "Love Bird Pin" and coloured it up as a Robin and then wondered why I hadn't thought of doing it sooner, as it just appeared perfect.
