Antique Style Heubach Googly Doll, has been hand cast, painted and dressed in the style of of an early 20th century toy. Her hair is dark brown plaited alpaca, and her painted eyes are blue. She wears ivory cotton socks, and her blue shoes are made from ultra suede and leather.
Dollie wears a floral Liberty Tana lawn cotton dress which is fully lined, has an integral cotton slip, and is trimmed with a silk ribbon bow. Her ecru cotton panties are lightly embroidered, and have been trimmed with a silk ribbon bow. Her clothes are removable.
This little lady is approximately 8", or 20cm tall. She can sit, or stand, on her own, but she comes complete with her decorated wood doll stand to make her easy to display.
Cast in Flumo slip, she has been hand painted, and antiqued using acrylic paint. Sealed with ceramic sealer, and strung with elastic. She is jointed at the shoulders, hips and neck.
Please protect her from moisture and do not use a comb on her hair, she wouldn't like that! Please note that this doll is intended for adult collectors only.
