I designed this 'font' for stitching words a long time ago and it is second nature for me to write in stitch now! I think to see words in stitch gives them added warmth and permanence, and I love to team hand-stitched texts with pretty fabrics

Full description
This is a hand-stitched miniature textile mounted onto greeting card. I have hand-stitched the word Christmas onto plain red cotton adding three tiny applique hearts. I have chosen some lovely cotton prints for this piece, and left the ends of the threads loose to give a handmade homespun feel.
My cards measure 12 x 9 cm and come with toning recycled paper envelopes in clear protective compostable cornstarch sleeve, no plastic! Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside.
I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners from damage on its way to you. Additional cards only 20p postage per item.
