This piece of artwork was inspired by the sea view where I live and also by my love of reusing fabrics, especially worn out denim etc. which ties in with the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi or, the beauty of transience and imperfection. I found the plastic rope on the beach when I was out walking and picking up plastic.
