It started with the piece of fabric in the middle of the bag and I took inspiration from its colour for the rest of the embellishments. I love the clear vinyl, it is like looking into a window and the whole project pulls together.

Full description
This pretty sewing themed zipped pouch is made from a turquoise cotton with a classic white spot design. The front of the bag has a collage of buttons, fabric, trimmings, tape measure and safety pins in shades of pinks, greens and oranges all sewn into place and sandwiched between a piece of clear vinyl.
The pink, nylon all purpose zip forms a closure and the back of the pouch is decorated with a wooden sewing machine and scissor buttons.
The pink cotton lining with a leaf design has fleece interfacing to give softness and structure to the piece.
Perfect for a maker or just treat yourself.
