I've always been interested in sculpture and 3D geometry, using many similar forms within my work.
This particular shape was inspired by a Tetrahedron, one of the five Platonic Solids that were discovered by the early Pythagoreans, circa 450BC.

Full description
RA is a 3 sided triangular based aluminium Pyramid, with a Tea-light candle at its centre. The candle is partly hidden from view, and the 3 angular openings create animated beams of light on nearby surfaces. Ideal for adding a warm glow to your dining table. The underside of the object is covered in baize to protect surfaces.
I've just made a new version with a candle shaped slot on one of the trianglar sides.
Interesting shape, and a smoother way for the candle to enter the Pyramid.
Rotate the pyramid to hide, or if you prefer minimalism, the original version is still available.
RA is part of a range of five sculptural tealight holders, based on the Platonic Solids. The last photo shows the relative size of the different T-lights.
