I save all the fabric off cuts from my other projects, join them together to make patchwork squares and then join the squares together to make a cushion cover. Lengthy work, but very satisfying!

Full description
The front of the cushion is made from 25 x 4 inch patchwork squares of various cotton and poly/cotton fabric, and some of the squares are made by joining two fabrics, so it has a fairly random look. Front has been backed with a layer of lightweight wadding and then lined, and all the joins have been top stitched with a decorative zig-zag to give a lightly quilted effect.
The back is made using a soft green and cream printed check. The opening at the back is fastened with fabric loops around three green buttons from my button tin. The inside seams have been zigzagged for strength and neatness.
Measures about 14 inches square and comes complete with a new polyester filled cushion.
This item is one of a kind and ready to ship. I usually send out next day using second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so if you would prefer first class, please get in touch. Item will be wrapped in new tissue paper, while outer packaging may be recycled. I'll combine postage on multiple purchases if possible, so please see my other items and excellent reviews.
