Due to family commitments, Plum Porridge will be closed for the whole of December this year, which means that the last day I am able to accept orders in 2024 will be FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER.
A lot of work and a lot of love went into this bag, but it has been in my shop a long time now at £12, so I think I will reduce to half price so that someone will enjoy this cute little bag this autumn.

Full description
I've combined four striped canvas style fabrics for this mini tote bag. I backed the fabrics with felt and a lining, and then topstitched diagonally all over to give a slightly quilted effect and some body to the structure.
Faced at the top, and then lined with neutral poly/cotton striped fabric. Inside there is ring on which to clip your keys or other essentials and the bag can be fastened with a loop around a cream button which came from my button box. The two striped handles are interlined with felt for comfort, topstitched, and measure 34cm.
The bottom of the bag is boxed and it's firm enough that it stands on it's own. Across the top measures 27cm, across the base measures 19cm and it about 22cm tall.
