I try to be as eco friendly as possible, reusing fabric, buttons and ribbons. I also reuse packaging, which may not be as pretty as I would like on the outside, but doesn't affect all the prettiness on the inside.

Introducing my best selling rustic heart applique cushion cover pattern. Easy to make with full size templates. This cushion cover is great for an enthusiastic beginner or more advanced sewer. Knowledge of simple sewing terms and experience of using a sewing machine is required. The cover is made using a sewing machine and then embellished with some simple hand stitching.
The finished cover will fit an 18" feather cushion pad and has an envelope closure at the back.
Easy step-by-step instructions include full colour photographs and simple clear text with no jargon.
Materials needed to make the cushion cover:
10.5" square of calico or similar plain fabric
5 fat quarters of patterned fabric
19" square of wadding or fleece
Scrap of embroidery stabiliser or baking paper
Bondaweb or similar
Sewing thread
Top stitch thread
Embroidery Thread
An 18" square feather cushion pad
Basic sewing kit
The dispatch time is stated as 3 days, this is just to allow for weekends or if I am away at a fair. It will normally be posted next day, first class.
