Full description
A5 postcards of original illustrations inspired by mindfulness and self compassion practice.
The quote on this design is from "Desiderata" and reads "be gentle with yourself, you are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and stars". Self compassion can be very difficult, but this quote is my personal little helper with this practice.
Cards are professionally printed onto thick high quality card stock, with a matt finish. The back is uncoated and can be written on.
