Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A new design in 2019 as we were stuck at home and unable to take any exciting holidays for quite a while.
I've designed this as a gentle turquoise sea above a little golden sandy beach and then glorious waves leaping up and round to encircle a bright sunset.
I think it is quite stunning and very special and hope you do too .
The ring is framed with a strengthening border of twisted wire.
This is beautifully bright and cheerful and casts lovely colours when it hangs in the light of a window.
It is 15 cm in diameter and hangs from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached at either side of the top.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
