UK/International Returns and Exchanges Here at the Guineapig wheeky uk I pride myself on sending out piggie parcels and products of exceptional quality that are sure to make you smile from the moment you open your piggie parcel. If you encounter a problem, have a general query or wish to make a return I’ll be more than happy to help, please direct message or email gpigwheekly@gmail.com with your name and order reference number within 30 days of receipt I'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Once I’ve received your email I’ll provide you with all the information you need to help to rectify any queries or such you may have. Should you wish to make a return I’ll provide you full return details and the process to follow, please know though that unless specified all customer returns are to be paid by yourself and please could you retain all your proof of postage details and relevant tracking numbers should we need it. The following items can't be returned or exchanged • Custom or personalized orders • Digital downloads etc General Damaged or Lost Items I always make sure to pack all your piggie parcels with care and attention to ensure they reach you safely giving you a five star guineapig wheekly experience. However sometimes items can become damaged by courier’s during transit or lost which is extremely sad and disappointing as a customer I know. Don’t worry though I’m here to help in anyway I can to rectify the situation with you. If you suspect your order has been damaged / tampered with or if you believe it maybe lost please contact me at : gpigwheekly@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. I’ll then investigate the situation and fix any damaged or lost goods with refunds or replacements where applicable. International delayed or lost parcels : Please note that any orders "outside of the UK" which has become lost or delayed in transit isn't classed as missing by my courier service until 28 days from dispatch. Some parcels during busy times of year ( christmas etc) can be delayed a little longer at customs due to high volumes of mail. Postal strikes and such can also delay orders slightly however this will vary from place to place. Please by all means though email me at gpigwheekly@gmail.com if you have any concerns or worries and I’ll do my very best to help put your mind at rest. I’ll then investigate the situation and fix any damaged or lost goods with refunds or replacements where applicable. I accept payments via folksy checkout and paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover are accepted. Once your payment has been received I'll hop to it packing and preparing your order and pop it in the mail once its ready. Cancellations : You're welcome to cancel your guineapig wheekly order should you change your mind or no longer require it. If you could please direct message me or send an email to gpigwheekly@gmail.com within " 1 hour " of placing your order quoting your order reference number and name and I’ll help you as best I can. Orders that you wish to cancel after being dispatched will need to be kindly returned to me at the guineapig wheekly studio so that I may process your return and make the applicable refund. Please note customers who choose to return their order are responsible for the return shipping payment to me , if all the items could remain in their packaging unopened / undamaged in a resellable state that would be great as anything that may affect its resellable state may result in a partial refund. Custom / Personalised Orders : I love to work on custom and personalised commissions, products and orders for people as they make the perfect sentimental kind of gift you can give. Please know though that due to their custom nature , bespoke commissions and order items with a personalised design element to them are not restockable / resellable in the guineapig wheekly shop. Therefore they are not refundable items at present. EU Customers : As part of online selling regulations EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days from payment, however please email me personally and safely mail back all goods to the guinea pig wheekly first for your order to be reunded. Thank you. Shipping All guinea pig wheekly orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order . Made to order items or preorder item may cause the dispatched to vary a little bit but rest assured all information regarding any shipping delays is provided in my product listings or via a follow up email from myself. All items are sent via second class standard uk delivery or international standard unless you’ve otherwise requested a different service ( such as tracked and signed etc). Q. I supplied the wrong address what do I do? If you could always double check your address that’s super helpful in ensuring I mail your piggie parcel to the right place, its saves you delays and also worry of it getting lost. If you have provided the wrong address please directly message me or email gpigwheekly@gmail.com quoting your order reference number and name and I’ll help you as best I can. Q How long will my order take to arrived? Uk orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive ( although our piggie post can vary during busy times of year, during postal strikes or can mysteriously become delayed for other reasons … maybe its to cute for the postman to delivery just yet). International orders to the EU, WZ1 and WZ2 can take 5-7 working days to reach their designated country and then your piggie post goes through customs and processing ( which can vary from 2 to 4 weeks). Again piggie post can vary during busy times of year, during postal strikes or can mysteriously become delayed for other reasons. However I always strive to help my customers in anyway possible , if your parcel has for any reason not yet arrived please direct message or email gpigwheekly@gmail.com quoting your order reference number and name and I’ll help you as best I can.
