Roofs, bricks, chimneys, windows, trees, a lovely landscape! I'm based in Sheffield, so this kind of scene is all around, and I find it fascinating.

Full description

A 2-colour hand-printed linocut/screen-print entitled 'Terraces No.2'.

This is my second terrace print. It is actually based on a Sheffield scene (looking through from the bottom of Shirebrook Road in Meersbrook to Valley Road and Brook Road), but I wanted to make the image more as a typical British terrace street scene; the patterns of windows, rooftops, chimneys, doors, clouds and trees.

Golden yellow and dark blue System 3 inks on off-white 220gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 90, signed, titled and numbered. I created the image initially as a linocut print, and then transferred the image to a silk-screen to hand-print the edition.

The print image measures H15xW8cm.

The paper measures H30xW21cm

All prints will be posted flat in a cellophane sleeve and protective packaging.
