Full description
This distinctive pendant has been created from hammered & woven copper wire. I've used a length of 1.5mm wire for the frame of the pendant, hammering the ends flat & then weaving finer wires into the centre of the pendant, adding a 6mm round Green Aventurine bead. I just love the contrast between the intricate wire weaving & the polished hammered copper, with the green stone just finishing it off perfectly.
The necklace has been oxidised & then polished to a lovely shine, bringing out the gorgeous antiqued copper colour. The pendant measures 4.5cm long from the top of the bail & just over 2cm across. It comes with a 2mm thick waxed black cotton cord, complete with handmade fastenings. The cord length is approx. 40cm but I can supply a different length if required - please let me know your preferred length via the 'choose options' button.
It will be posted out first class, in a 100% recycled (& recyclable!) gift box, within a recycled polythene bag.
