A5 postcards of original illustrations inspired by mindful self compassion practice.
The quote on two of the the designs is from "Desiderata" and reads "be gentle with yourself, you are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and stars". Self compassion can be a very difficult, but this quote is my personal little helper with this practice.
You can pick which of the four designs you'd like from the drop down menu.
Cards are professionally printed onto thick high quality card stock, with a matt finish. The back is uncoated and can be written on.
