Due to the significant increase in the cost of postage, I have taken the decision to send all items second class from now on. I usually post items on either the same day, or next working day where possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Small, deckle edged birthday card featuring a cute image of a mouse with a bouquet of wild flowers.
The image has been framed in a die cut scalloped circle of pale yellow card. This has been mounted on a background of white card with the printed sentiment: 'With Love on your Birthday' and again framed with yellow card.
A length of pale green satin ribbon has been wrapped around the backing card, with a small green, flower shaped gem in the centre.
The insert has been left blank for your own message.
The card measures approximately 15cm x 10.5cm (6" x 4") and comes with a white envelope.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail on either the same day, or next working day, following receipt of payment (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
Overseas delivery will be via Royal Mail's International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
