Puffins are proper little characters - unsurprisingly they are also known as 'clowns of the sea' with their multicoloured beaks.
I was painting an A-Z of birds, and the puffin was my natural choice for the letter P.

Full description
A 200 mm x 200 mm (approx) fine art giclée print of a detailed watercolour and coloured pencil painting of a puffin, placed on a soft blue-green background.
The print is unmounted and professionally printed on acid-free, slightly textured 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper.
Your print is sent to you with mount board and wrapped in cellophane, and carefully packaged in a board back envelope.
In April, I set myself a 30-day challenge on Instagram to paint an A-Z of birds from around the world. I chose the puffin for the letter P, using a fabulous photo by Gary Jones as reference (with permission). I wanted to add feather details with watercolour pencils, and got a bit addicted.
The print would make a great gift for a any wildlife fan (young or not so young) in your life!
