Here is a tiny handmade crochet bag in a neutral / taupe shade, decorated with an embroidered Cherry Blossom / Sakura design in pink, deep pink and white

The materials used to make this bag are natural (cotton, bamboo) and are therefore nature-friendly and cruelty free.

The miniature bag is made here in Suffolk, England, I used a small 1.75 mm crochet hook and fine cottons.

This cute mini handbag would look pretty in a doll house or a fairy house. It has a garden / hedgerow fairy or nature spirit theme, and would make a cool alternative easter gift or for anyone who loves the Seasons, wildlife and tiny things!

I've placed a thimble in one of my pics for scale. The mini bag is created in a 3-D (not flat) shape, so you could actually keep little things in it. It's 1/12th scale, sized approximately 4 cm X 3 cm high x 1.5 cm deep.

If you prefer a different colour / embroidered design, please let me know, I welcome custom orders :-D

This bag combines a love for making bags(!) and for nature. I'm particularly interested in marking the passing seasons and the turning of the year and tides. The bag is part of an ongoing project to keep a Nature Diary in the form of embroidery or appliques on tiny handmade bags.

There's a line of fruit trees behind my garden which are currently bathed in amazing shades of pale to deep pinks and white.

This tiny bag would be a cute gift for someone with a birthday, anniversary or special event in Spring, March or April, or who just loves or collects small one of a kind objects! :-)
