Silver earring studs textured with vintage lace.
Handmade in my studio in York.
I use vintage lace from my vintage collections for these earrings which has been sourced over the years at French brocantes.
Using my rolling mill to impress onto silver sheet I then use a disc cutter to punch circles out before filing, lots of emery and then polishing once I have securely soldered sterling silver ear posts to the back.
They measure a nice dinky size at 6mm in diameter. And the lace texture on these little earrings make them simple enough for everyday wearing and interesting enough to add a little special quality and sparkle to an average day.
Such a joy, I love these little earrings!
Please note, each pair will differ due to the nature of the lace and different sections that I cut out.
They arrive packaged in an earring box and posted 1st class large letter post.
