Mothers Day is fast approaching and this beautiful 'Mum' Brooch would make a perfect gift for yours.

I stitch my little heart out in my Home Sewing Studio, based in the North East of England. The technique I have used to create these brooches is called Free Motion Machine Embroidery, where I use my machine needle to draw with the thread, and finished with a little Hand Embroidery and Beads to embellish. Tiny scraps of fabric and Vintage Lace were layered onto felt to create the heart. It's a perfect way to reduce my waste and also to create a pretty little keepsake. Finally a Brooch Bar is stitched to the reverse for attaching to Mums favourite item of clothing.

Each Brooch is individually handmade and therefore is unique.

Mum will love the delicateness of the finish and will be proud to wear it. It's the perfect way for her to say "I have the best daughter/son ever".

Available in other colours, and will come mounted onto a decorated card.
