Sterling Silver and White Topaz Star Birthstone Pendant. April's birthstone is diamond and White Topaz makes a perfect substitution. Clear like a diamond, the white Topaz sparkles in the light making this a good modern alternative to the traditional stone. The pendant is Sterling Silver and a petite star in shape with the gem carefully set into its centre.
The star comes complete with a choice of a ball or Belcher chain.
