A wonderful aid to relaxation before bed time, just rub a small amount on your temples, pulse points below your ears and on your wrists and let this lavender scented balm carry you off to sleep.

Lavender essential oil is well known for its relaxing and calming properties, I use 100% pure essential oil in this balm and have used it myself to unwind and drift off when I need to sleep but my mind won't shut down.

I make this balm to order using beeswax, coconut oil and 100% pure lavender essential oil.

I will make and post your order 2nd class signed for within 3 working days but can do it sooner if required.

I sometimes have trouble getting off to sleep or winding down at the end of the day so I reserched essential oils that might help and discovered that lavender essential oil was fantastic for relaxing and had sedative properties so I expermented with a few different types of moisturizer and balm and found that this combination worked the best.
