Santa Muerte, also called Santisima Muerte, is the modern day Mexican folk saint who is descended from Mictecacihuatl, the ancient Aztec goddess of the underworld. She not only deals with issues of death, but can protect and assist in issues of life as well.

Santa Muerte is a Mexican folk saint who assists and aids people in life and death.
