My inspiration for creating this painting was primarily my love of owls.
When I first painted 'Kindred Spirit' I decided that I wanted to paint another image of the girl and the owl, but in a different setting, although still wanting to convey the relationship between the two of them.
Although there are only two connecting illustrations, I may come back to them at a later date with aspirations of creating a story book.

'Moonlit Flight' is a small, mounted print taken from an original acrylic painting.
This image also connects to a previous print entitled 'Kindred Spirit', being the same girl and owl, but in a different setting.
This artwork was re sized and printed on Inkjet paper 220 gsm. A card mount has been added for your convenience.
