This listing is for a Baby Blanket KNITTING PATTERN and not the actual item.
This versatile baby blanket or throw has no right or wrong side. It has garter stitch borders with a lacy, textured pattern for the body. The pattern is formed by repeating one row of instructions, making it an easy introduction to lace and texture. The pattern is written in English.
The blanket pictured was knitted on 6mm/US10 needles using Stylecraft Special Aran with Wool, which comes in 400g balls, and was designed to use only one ball. The sample blanket has not been blocked, steamed or stretched.
Size - Width: 70cm/27.5in. Length: 114cm/45in.
The lamb featured in some of the photographs is knitted from my Lucy Lamb pattern and incorporates the stitch pattern used to make this blanket. Lucy Lamb can be found here:
