I took a photo of this scene while I was on holiday in Kyiv, except I was disappointed at the time because I was there in early autumn and the leaves were mostly green with only a hint of change, I could tell if only I'd been there a couple of weeks later I would have seen it in full colour. Once I got home I decided I needed to paint the more colourful version that was in my imagination.

Full description
An acrylic landscape scene of Khreshchaty Park in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. On an autumn day with a clear blue sky, the leaves on the trees are all starting to change colour, making a very colourful view of the park. The People's Friendship Arch, Water Information Centre and the National Philharmonic of Ukraine can all be seen in amongst the trees, and a flock of sparrows are flying into the sky in the distance.
This Ukrainian scene is painted in acrylics on a 20cm x 50cm canvas with deep 3.5cm edges (19.7" x 7.9"x 1.4"). The canvas has a string on the back so it is ready for hanging.
The Kyiv painting will be packaged with cardboard and bubblewrap to prevent any damage during postage and will be sent tracked and signed.
If sold, 25% of the item price of this painting will be donated to AUGB's Help Ukraine fund.
