A delicate crochet butterfly sits on top of this small one cup multicoloured tea cosy.
I have crocheted the butterfly using good quality cotton yarn in complementary shades of turquoise, magenta and navy blue. It is sewn on to the top of the tea cosy. I have used a lovely soft multicoloured chunky yarn to hand knit the body of the cosy. It has shades of turquoise, purple, green and navy blue.
The tea cosy will fit a 1-2 cup teapot and it fairly stretchy to accommodate various styles of teapot. The roll brim bottom allows for different heights of teapot.
I would recommend hand washing this item. Do not tumble dry.
