I love patchwork and quilting and I wanted to make my adult son a quilt, and he loves anything Gothic, I was at my local fabric market, a place I frequent most weeks and I came across Mexican day of the dead fabric and the rest of the fabric for this quilt just fell into place, skulls, blood red roses, black and red and anything Gothic, my son was thrilled with his quilt and now has pride of place on the back of his sofa or on his bed when it is cold. Even though it is Gothic design it is also very warm and cosy.

This quilt is a must for anyone with an passion for anything Gothic, it would make a great gift for anyone with a love for Gothic we have skulls, Mexican day of the dead, blood red roses, and more skulls, blood red and Gothic black. An original and really interesting patchwork quilt. This quilt is backed with wool lbatting and is really warm and cosy, it measures 45 X 50. I make this quilt to order and usually I take about three to four weeks to complete
