recycled fused glass bowl with hand painted mackerel design.
This bowl measures approx 25cm, and has interesting lines and inclusions in the glass which have occurred during the fusing.

I love working with old green house glass, turning a once redundant and discarded bit of broken glass into a a piece of usable art.
using old glass gives unique and unpredictable results.
with this bowl I have chosen to paint a mackerel, once the initial fusing is successful I them slump it over a mould to produce the finial bowl.
