For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This unique necklace is an ideal accessory for the Summer season!
It features a stunning handcrafted ceramic pendant by bead artist Cindy Kovar. The rustic pendant is glazed in a soft brown hue, adorned with a charming aqua hibiscus flower design on the front.
Dangling gracefully from a Vintaj brass twisted ring, the pendant is accented by Czech glass flowers in aqua and cream shades with an earthy Picasso finish.
The necklace is finished with high-quality Vintaj brass rollo chain, measuring approximately 25 inches in length. It fastens securely at the back with a sturdy lobster clasp.
