The robins in our own garden are some of the boldest birds - coming really close and hopping about near where I’m working, hoping for worms. There’s often one singing loudly in the tree at the end of the garden, I’d love to think he sings to me but I’m sure he’s just telling other robins it’s his patch!

Ralph is a very cheerful robin and would love to brighten up your home. You could hang him on some twigs in a vase or on a door handle all year round, or he could decorate your Christmas tree or a branch for the festive season. He’s been painstakingly created from loose wool fibres by stabbing carefully with a fine, barbed felting needle till all his colours have blended beautifully together so that he has his own personality. He has a twinkle in his eyes and thinks he is very handsome.
Ralph has little wings and features on both sides so is quite happy to hang either way round to brighten up your room. He has an embroidery thread loop and is 1 cm thick where his wings are placed (he's narrower elsewhere), 9 cm across from tail to the tip of his beak and about 6 cm tall, (measurements are approximate).
Please note that he is a decoration and not a toy, and should be kept out of the reach of children as his wings and thread could be hazardous if pulled away. You will receive the robin shown in the photographs, and he will be carefully wrapped and sent by First Class post. (Overseas orders are sent by International Standard Mail.) I hope you love him as much as I have loved making him.
Please be aware that screen monitor colours can vary, and that I work in a smoke free home but do have very enthusiastic cat help from time to time!
