I made a tin decagon for my boyfriend for our 10 year anniversary. As tin is the gift you give for that year, and then it had 10 sides. The 3D shape in tin was so satisfying I wanted to make more. This range is inspired from that design.
The wood used is found mahogany. The man who lived in our house previously was a furniture restorer and he left behind lots of pieces of wood. I have been slowly using various pieces and loved the mahogany contrasted with the bright colours of the tins and silk.
The tins are from my collection of old advertising tins which I slowly add more and more too.

Full description
Made from an old Players Gold Leaf Navy Cut tin. A 4 sided pyramid tetrahedron. It hangs beautifully from a yellow silk cord.
The top side is mahogany with a silver tube inserted which the silk cord is fastened to.
The tin net is riveted together.
The cord goes easily over the head. And has a silver sliding tube to shortened the necklace length to your preferred height.
