Full description
A carrot and mince pie set needle felted by Lily Lily Handmade. Perfect as Christmas decorations and a Christmas Eve box....set out the carrot for Rudolph the reindeer and the mince pie for Father Christmas on a Christmas Eve plate.
This set is handmade to look as realistic as possible. Each item is made by needlefelting, carefully jabbing a fine barbed needle into soft loose wool fibres until they intertwine and form a firm shape. A process that can take hours to perfect. The colours are achieved by blending different wool fibres by hand.
As the set is made using wool, they are also ideal as unique pin cushions for someone who likes sewing.
The carrot is approximately 8.5cm in length and the mince pie is approximately 4cm in diameter. This set is needle felted using soft wool fibres.
The set will be supplied in a protective cellophane bag with a tag so also ready for gifting (see photo for example).
This set is not a toy.
Please note that this is a made to order item. As with real carrots and homemade mince pies there will be slight variations in the individually made item but your set will be just as lovely :)
