Original soft pastel painting of a local lanscape,Rembrandt and Sennelier pastel on Winsor and Newton paper, approx A4 with half inch border for mounting,Sprayed with Winsor and Newton fixative.
Inspiration
It was late summer, I was on this little island near my home, a wonderfull habitat for many of the things I paint,so given the landscape, the weather and the number of species it hosts it had to warrant a painting.
