I love the idea of ‘friendship’ bracelets. To give your friend a token of your friendship is heart-warming. To receive a bracelet which commemorates your friendship is equally heartening.
Olive green glass pearls, each 10mm in size, are divided by creamy white cotton threads, knotted using macramé knots. Two 8mm matching olive green glass pearls are added to the end of the ties. The closure of the bracelet is by the sliding knot; pull both single round green pearls in opposite directions and the bracelet closes to your wrist size.
This bracelet measures from 13cms - 25cms and is fully adjustable to all sizes in-between. Adults or children can wear it, but it is not suitable for babies (due to a possible choking hazard).
(If, over time, the closure cords become harder to open and close the bracelet, just rub a candle along the closure cords and the wax will help it open and close easily again.)
