Following a discussion on one of the Folksy forums it became clear that ditching the shower gel and returning to bar soap was something a lot of people were considering, but are put off by the mess in the average soap dish.
I tried several patterns and my family and I road tested them (Mr Good Right Hook has never had so many washes in one weekend!)
In the end I came up with this design which I think ticks all the boxes.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Help reduce your plastic consumption by ditching the shower gel and opting for a soap sock.
Crocheted from 100% cotton yarn, which is sustainable and biodegradable, the sock will comfortably accommodate a standard bar of soap.
Pop your favourite soap inside the sock and use as you would a loofah or flannel. After use just hang to dry and your soap will be dry and ready for use next time without the slimy mess in the bottom of the soap dish.
A great alternative to soap on a rope and an ideal gift when presented with a bar of handmade soap from one of the lovely soap sellers here on folksy.
Fully machine washable with your other cotton items and may be tumble or line dried.
Your soap sock will come with a paper wrap to enable you to gift it. If you would rather it arrived 'naked' just let me know.
