Welcome to my online Folksy shop and thank you for popping by.
I'm a bear and textile artist, designer and creator of unique hand embroidered heirloom keepsake bears and collectables.
I'm happy to send my items direct to a recipient on your behalf and I can personalise or rename bears, just drop me a line.
Due to new regulations sadly I can no longer post to Europe or NI.
I have taken US postage off my items, this may be a temporary measure until I have time to look into the new commodity codes, regulations and postage so please contact me if you are wishing to purchase an item and I will look into it.
I make collectable artist bears and occasionally add a rabbit or elephant to my colllection, I have customers who collect elephants so when an order for one is requested I generally make one for sale as well.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Elmer is approx 8.75" tall and hand made from Helmbold 12mm semi sparse mohair in french pink which is a pinky peach colour.
She has wool felt paw pads and fabric inner ears.
Elmer is fully jointed with 5 cotter pin fitments and has beautiful Alive Eyes fitted which were ordered from Australia .
She has been shaded throughout to give an aged look.
Elmer wears ditsy print fabric cotton overalls with little wooden buttons to the shoulders and has a fabric bow to her head.
She wears her name on a small wooden tag and her makers name Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
She has been added to Bearlescents ever growing bear register and will arrive with birth certificate.
Elmer is an adult collectable and can be given as a keepsake gift but is not suitable as a childs toy.
