Welcome to Silver Birch Studio. My shop features a wide selection of handmade jewellery items, mainly in sterling silver with semi-precious stones. Copper and beaded jewellery are also featured. I have plenty of items in stock ready for immediate despatch.

Full description
This gorgeous necklace has as its focal point a Kentish Hop leaf,, traced from one in my own garden, pierced from copper sheet and imprinted with a leaf skeleton. The copper has been oxidised to give a darker antique-style finish and treated with Renaissance wax to preserve the patina. The necklace is made up of mixed gemstone nuggets in vibrant autumnal colours - orange jade, lemon quartz and brown goldstone with its tiny sparkling inclusions. There are also some Carnelian round beads in a bright berry-red and a few Czech crystal beads with coppery centres. The lobster clasp and jump rings are all made of Sterling Silver. The necklace will be packaged securely in a gift bag or box and sent to you by Royal Mail first class post.
