Hand knitted socks keep your toes toasty while allowing them to breathe, ensuring day-long comfort.

These socks are made using the traditional method of circular knitting on 5 double pointed needles – yes that is points at both ends! Circular knitting means the socks are made from top to toe, from a single strand of yarn, without any seams to irritate or rub.

Yarn used is spun specifically for socks from 75% superwash wool with 25% nylon making it hard-wearing. Colours are delicious pastel candy colours – think Dolly Mixtures. Colours are much lighter and brighter than they appear in the photos - sadly the autumn light and my poor camera skills have done these socks no favours.

Sizing info (all measurements approximate):
Will fit UK ladies shoe size 5 – 7
23 cm from back of heel to toe.
23 cm from top to base of heel.
I knitted these socks a little longer than usual as I was having so much fun watching the colours change.

Care instructions:
Easy care being machine washable at 40 degrees (or lower) on either a wool or hand wash cycle.
Reshape whilst damp and dry flat.
Can be tumble dried on a cool setting, though personally I prefer not to. They really don’t take long to dry.
Do not iron.
