This table has been upcycled using chalk paints and waxes to make full advantage of the classical Roman style of the legs. Annie Sloan's Versailles chalk paint has been overlaid with Old White in the design of a mosaic tile effect. The table has been finished with clear and dark wax to create texture and atmosphere before being polished to a soft and durable sheen.

The table measures 51cm wide; 51cm deep and 62cm high.

When I first saw this table, I was convinced the style was a little Roman-esq, classical, romantic. With this in mind, I upcycled the table to emulate one typically found in a Roman villa or spa along with a mosaic tile design whilst clear and dark waxes give the illusion of age.
