Full description
This listing is for a hanging decoration of a string of 4 birds interspersed with beads. The fabric used for the birds is a piece of handmade felt made from white merino wool fibres decorated with silk fibres in various colours but predominantly purple and pink. Each bird has been sewn together using embroidery thread and a visible blanket stitch and lightly stuffed with polyester fibre before threading onto a gold coloured hanging thread. Gold and red heart shaped beads have been added along the thread between the birds. Each bird measures approximately 12cm (5") wide x 8cm (3") high and the total length of the decoration measures approximately 77cm. (30.5")
