Due to the significant increase in the cost of postage, I have taken the decision to send all items second class from now on. I usually post items on either the same day, or next working day where possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Square linen sympathy card with an image of dandelion heads printed over a multicoloured pastel background, together with the sentiment 'with deepest sympathy'.
The centres of the flowers have small gems and the card is finished with a pale purple organza ribbon and bow.
The message inside reads:
'Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still love, still missed and very dear.'
The card comes with a white envelope in a sealed cellophane wrapper.
It measures approximately 15cm (6") square.
Items from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail on either the same day, or next working day, following receipt of payment (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days).
Overseas delivery will be via their International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
